Resiliency Circles are among the most powerful spaces I know for developing relational ability. Here, we explore how to meet conflict and how to move toward repair. This is the heart of relational growth.A somatically anchored exploration, the circles weave together nervous system regulation and collective intelligence. Together, we gently explore the blocks or patterns that may be limiting your relational expression in the world: shame, fear of conflict, feeling silenced, difficulty voicing difference, or longing for deeper acknowledgment.
