Personalised Resiliency Coaching

I offer one-on-one private resiliency coaching sessions to support you with any of these challenges:

  • Sleep problems
  • Eating disorders
  • Burnout
  • Stress
  • Relational difficulties

As a NeuroSystemics practitioner, my approach is based on an integrative framework that is guided by insights in somatics, systems and positive psychology as well as contemplative, evolutionary and neurosciences.

We typically engage in a series of six sessions and then re-evaluate our progress together.

Some of the outcomes of these sessions are:

  • unblocking creativity and restore confidence
  • healing after breakups and transform patterns around love and partnership
  • shifting patterns of overwork and exhaustion
  • locating inner resources for support through overwhelm and empathy fatigue
  • building resilience in the face of oppression
