I am scientist, an artist and a healer. I am passionately committed to integrative health, to resilience and to soulfulness, not as an individual quest but as a systemic endeavour. Drawing on cutting hedge neuroscience, on contemplative traditions, on ancient and indigenous wisdom, I find joy in supporting people on their own journey to living healthier and happier and meaningfully.
