We have all developed useful ways of coping with high pressure, multiple demands and unexpected challenges in life. However, when those stress triggers add up and are sustained over time, our habitual stress management strategies become ineffective and stress becomes a burden to our nervous system, our body and our lives; it begins to take a toll and we fall out of balance.

In this programme we explore practices that help us regain balance, improve our general health, become better at listening inwardly and develop new strategies that will prevent the falling into disharmony with ourselves.
