The Resiliency Circle is a transformative group practice designed to help you cultivate inner balance, emotional strength, and a sense of belonging. Using cutting-edge somatic and mindfulness-based techniques rooted in the NeuroSystemics approach, enable participants to experience and integrate a sense of belonging by including the missing and often alienated aspects of their being. The new relating experiences offer new ways to connect with others also outside of the group.
